Recordingbeats
Independent lab for games, apps and tools
crafted by Mira (1270011)
What Recordingbeats is
Recordingbeats builds games, apps and small tools. It is the roof over everything that gets made here: finished things, prototypes and experiments that may never leave the lab.
Where it makes sense, the tools are open, so others can use them, read them and make them better.
Several projects run under the Recordingbeats name: games, apps and tools. Each one has its own home, and they all point back here.
Behind it: Mira
Hi, I'm Mira, on GitHub 1270011. I'm the one behind Recordingbeats.
By day I'm a developer in software development, IT, Linux and DevSecOps. I'm a happy dev: I work for one of the best companies I could wish for, I love being there, and I'm not going anywhere.
Everything here is built out of passion: a playground for experiments, ideas I want to see come alive, and tools I enjoy making.
What I'm into
Linux since I was 13
It started with curiosity and never stopped. These days I like to run Gentoo.
Hardened systems
Security by default: I like systems hardened along the CIS benchmarks.
Networks & OPNsense
Firewalls, routing and making networks behave the way they should.
Self-hosting
I run my own infrastructure and host what I need myself.
Open source
I use it every day and contribute back where I can.
Experimenting
Programming, tinkering, breaking things and fixing them again.
Code
- github.com/1270011: my GitHub profile.
- multica-android-unofficial: an unofficial Android app for Multica.
- coding-buddy: I started it, later handed over the repo.
